Bahrain Delivery: Order before 5 PM and get it delivered same day, Order after 5 pm will be process next day.

Saudi Arabia: We process order same day, you will receive Tracking number next day. And will be deliver in 7 to 12 working days. For more details regarding your shipment status, please contact shipping courier company with the given tracking number.

DISCLAIMERS FOR SEA VAPE

Please note that all prices are listed in BHD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. Sea Vape is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

PROCESSING

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure the security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email.

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days. If your order is placed over the weekend or a holiday and is flagged for further review, you will be contacted on the next business day

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, Sea Vape is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority ( Customs ). Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.

International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. Sea Vape Is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.

LOST AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Sea Vape, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Sea Vape strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Sea Vape is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES:  
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

CANCELING AND ALTERING ORDERS: 
Due to the volume of orders Sea Vape receives and, in our efforts, to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing, we are unable to alter or change any order.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY  SERVICE

Hardware device purchased directly from our website comes with a 7-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. You may also contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service for extended warranty period.

Types of products not covered under our 7-Day Warranty:

  • Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods 
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Rechargeable Batteries

In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at Admin@seavape.com or use the Contact Form within 7 days of original delivery. The 7-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Atomizers such as Tanks, RDA, and replacement parts (coils and pods) may not be covered as the original manufacturer does not provide warranty coverage on these types of item. You can visit the manufacturer’s website for additional details.

Note: Some manufacturers does require the warranty card that is included in the package in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents.
